BMT 2.0 (Business Marketing Tool) is a game-changing HP internal marketing workflow tool that was redesigned to address critical pain points and enhance user experience. My Role

As Lead UX/UI, spearheaded the redesign of the Business Marketing Tool, streamlining budgeting, planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Defined the UX strategy to align with business goals and led a team of designers, developers, and project managers. Facilitated communication with stakeholders and agencies to develop the design system and user journeys, ensuring efficient workflows.

Led the creation of user personas, journeys, and wireframes, adopting a human-centered approach tailored to marketing teams and external agencies. Guided the development of a scalable design system and integrated cross-platform tools to optimize workflows. Collaborated with developers to address technical challenges and deliver seamless user experiences, from user creation to budget approval processes.

Started deep-diving into the existing BMT platform to identify its key pain points and shortcomings. Clear, user-centred goals were then set to transform the overall experience. The focus was to create a platform that streamlined workflows and empowered users to work efficiently, with less frustration. Immersed in understanding user challenges with the current platform, their root causes of frustrations were uncovered, and identified areas for improvement.
